Despite its peaceful surroundings, the apartment is only a 10-minute drive from Rijeka city center and all major attractions, restaurants, and nightlife.
The apartment is fully equipped for both short and long stays. It features two large and airy bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200), a private bathroom, and a dedicated workspace with UTP internet connections, making it ideal for remote work as well.

The bright living room, with a comfortable sofa bed and large TV, opens onto a balcony furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the panoramic city and sea views. In addition to the two en-suite bathrooms, the apartment also offers a third shared bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and hydro-massage bathtub.

The spacious kitchen with a dining area is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hidden within the mirrored wall in the hallway, guests will also find a washer and dryer for added convenience.
For maximum comfort throughout the year, every room is air-conditioned, and free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
The building has an elevator located on the mezzanine floor. Please note that it is necessary to use stairs (approximately 20 steps) from the building entrance to reach the elevator, as well as another short staircase (approximately 20 steps) from the elevator to the apartment.
It is situated in the city center, so occasional noise is possible.
Public street parking is available nearby, as there is no private parking.
