From the windows and balconies, you can enjoy a unique panorama of elegant old villas, the city’s iconic industrial landscape, the sparkling Kvarner Bay, and Mount Učka — a view that truly captures the raw and authentic spirit of Rijeka.

This unique accommodation combines three separate apartments into one large, thoughtfully designed space, ideal for bigger groups, families, friends, or business stays. The apartment features four comfortable bedrooms, three of which include their own private bathroom. Three bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (180x200), work desks, and UTP internet connections, while the fourth bedroom, located in the charming Zuccheriera unit, offers a queen-size bed (160x200).

Guests have access to two additional shared bathrooms, including one with a hydromassage bathtub and bidet in the Torpedo unit.

Two units — Torpedo and Hartera — feature stylish living rooms with TVs, pull-out sofas, and balconies on both the northern and southern sides of the building, offering different city and sea perspectives throughout the day. Fully equipped kitchens with dining areas are available in both units, while the third apartment includes a cozy kitchenette and dining corner for two.

For maximum comfort, the apartment also includes a 2 washing machines and a dryer. All units are air-conditioned, equipped with Smart TVs and free Wi-Fi, and each has its own private entrance with a separate access code, allowing guests to enjoy both shared moments and complete privacy when desired.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
The building has an elevator located on the mezzanine floor. Please note that it is necessary to use stairs (approximately 20 steps) from the building entrance to reach the elevator, as well as another short staircase (approximately 20 steps) from the elevator to the apartment.
It is situated in the city center, so occasional noise is possible.
Public street parking is available nearby, as there is no private parking.
