Inspired by Rijeka’s industrial heritage, this stylishly renovated apartment blends modern comfort with the authentic spirit of the city. Located on the third floor of a traditional Rijeka building, it offers unique views of historic villas, the iconic industrial zone that shaped Rijeka’s identity, the sparkling Kvarner Bay, and Mount Učka in the distance. A setting where you can truly feel the energy, history, and atmosphere of Rijeka — while being only 10 minutes from the city center and its main attractions.

This unique space combines two separate apartments into one spacious and contemporary home, thoughtfully designed for comfort, flexibility, and privacy. It features three elegant bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200), two of which have their own en-suite bathrooms. Every room also includes a work desk with UTP connection, making the apartment ideal for both leisure and business stays.

Both units include an additional bathroom, while the larger apartment, Torpedo, also offers a hydromassage bathtub and bidet for extra comfort. Guests can enjoy two cozy living rooms with large TVs and sofa beds, as well as two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas. A washing machine and dryer are discreetly integrated into the hallway mirror wall. All rooms are air-conditioned and include free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The apartment also features two balconies with outdoor seating — one facing north (Hartera) and the other south (Torpedo) — allowing you to enjoy different views and atmospheres throughout the day.

Although connected into one large apartment, both units retain separate entrances with individual access codes, offering additional privacy and flexibility for families, friends, or groups traveling together.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
The building has an elevator located on the mezzanine floor. Please note that it is necessary to use stairs (approximately 20 steps) from the building entrance to reach the elevator, as well as another short staircase (approximately 20 steps) from the elevator to the apartment.
It is situated in the city center, so occasional noise is possible.
Public street parking is available nearby, as there is no private parking.
