La Fabbrica - Torpedo & Zuccheriera Apartments

Inspired by industrial style, this modern and fully renovated apartment is located on the third floor of an authentic Rijeka building. It offers views of the old villas with rich and fascinating history, the Rijeka industrial area for which the city is widely known, the beautiful Kvarner Bay, and Mount Učka. Truly a view that allows you to feel, experience, and even hear the true spirit of Rijeka. It is just 10 minutes from the city center and all the attractions that may interest you.
The combination of two apartments, which are "merged" into an interesting, modernly designed apartment, contains three rooms. Two of these rooms (Torpedo) have their own bathroom, a desk with UTP connections, and beds sized 180x200. The third room (Zuccheriera) has a bed sized 160x200. Both units also have an additional bathroom, with the larger one (Torpedo) featuring a hydromassage bathtub and bidet. The larger unit (Torpedo) has a living room with a pull-out sofa and access to a balcony, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The smaller unit has a cooking corner and a table for two. In the hallway, within the wall structure, there is a washing machine and dryer. Both apartments have a large TV, air conditioning in each room, and free Wi-Fi.
Each apartment has a separate entrance with its own code on the door, allowing for privacy if needed.

NOTE: The building has an elevator located on the mezzanine floor, so it is necessary to take stairs (approximately 20 steps) from the building entrance to the elevator. Also, from the mezzanine floor where the elevator stops, you need to take stairs (approximately 20 steps) to reach the apartment.
