This detached house is located in a quiet natural setting, surrounded by forest and Mediterranean greenery, on a hillside above Mošćenička Draga, with a beautiful open view of the Kvarner Bay. It is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful holiday away from crowds and busy tourist areas, while enjoying privacy, nature and a panoramic sea view. The house is divided into two parts — on one side, there is this apartment, which is also the largest one, while on the other side of the house there are four smaller apartments. Due to its elevated position above the village, the house is not located directly by the sea. The beach is usually reached by car, which is typical for this part of the coast, and this location allows guests to enjoy quiet surroundings, fresh air and an open sea view, which many guests especially appreciate. Apartment has its own kitchen, bathrooms, living area and outdoor space with a balcony and a large terrace, which also features a private barbecue.
The apartment has a total of three bedrooms. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms — one with a large bed and one with two smaller beds — while the third bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom.
