Located just outside the city center in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Kantrida, it offers the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. The house is close to the sea, Kantrida Stadium, the “3. May” shipyard, as well as Rijeka city center and Opatija. A SPAR grocery store is within walking distance.

Ideal for families or groups of friends, the house provides privacy, comfort, and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy outdoor living in the garden and make the most of the barbecue during the warmer months, while still having all essential amenities just a few minutes’ drive away.

The house includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the hall and living room), heating in all rooms with electric radiators, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and ironing facilities.

The location is well connected by public transport to both Rijeka and Opatija. Beaches and the sea are within walking distance (5–10 minutes), although the house is situated on an incline. The popular Kantrida public beach and swimming pools are also nearby.

The apartment is located just outside the city, so reaching events, grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and other amenities may require a car, taxi, or a short bus ride.
Please note that the house is located on an incline and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or those using baby strollers.
The house features a garden, so the presence of insects during the summer months is to be expected.
