Though compact, the apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide everything needed for a comfortable short or longer stay in the Opatija region. It features a large and comfortable bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and essential amenities. Guests can also unwind and enjoy the peaceful garden of the main building.

The property consists of eight apartments, some occupied by residents and others dedicated to guests, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet and peaceful, offering free parking nearby. Even during the lively summer season, the area remains calm and relaxing.

While the center of Opatija is not within walking distance and access to the apartment includes a number of steps, this is more than rewarded by the stunning, uninterrupted views of the Kvarner Bay—especially magical at night.

Located on the hills above Opatija, in a neighborhood known as Vrutki, the apartment is close to the entrance of the famous Carmen Sylva Promenade. This historic forest walkway, once enjoyed by Romanian King Carol and Queen Elizabeth (Carmen Sylva), offers a refreshing escape during the hot summer heat.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
The apartment is accessed via a larger number of stairs without an elevator and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
Free parking is available on the public street near the apartment. However, please do not park in the bus turning area (clearly marked by a sign), as fines may apply.
During July and August, finding a free parking space can be more challenging. We recommend walking downhill to the center and taking a taxi back uphill — this is often a more convenient and cost-effective option than parking in the center of Opatija.
It is necessary to use the car or taxi to go for groceries or reach other city facilities, the beaches, restaurants and shops.
