The apartment is suitable for couples or single travelers. It is a very cozy and comfortable space, located in a quiet neighborhood of the city of Rijeka, only a few minutes by car or 15 min walk from the center. This modern and fully equipped apartment includes a small bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and the washing machine and a terrace with a beautiful view of the entire Kvarner Bay. Free WI-FI, air conditioning, and free parking in front of the building are available. It is always clean and prepared with all amenities for the guests to enjoy their stay.
In the near vicinity, there are useful facilities such as a grocery store, gym, post office, bank, gas station, etc.

The apartment is located on the 11th floor of the building (a skyscraper with a total of 26 floors). Like many other skyscrapers in Rijeka, this one may also intimidate you a bit upon entering, but when you reach the apartment and experience the view from the balcony, you will be pleased!
There are several elevators inside the building that can bring you to the 11th floor.

Pets (dogs) are allowed upon request and are charged extra.
