Bulevard is a charming neighborhood of Art Nouveau villas and lush green spaces, perfect for leisurely walks. This peaceful area near the city center offers a unique blend of sea and city views while staying close to nature. Several parks are nearby, as well as three churches, adding to the area’s character.

Just a short distance away is Trsat, accessible via the famous Trsat stairs, where you can visit the Shrine of Our Lady of Trsat, the Franciscan monastery, and Trsatska Gradina castle with breathtaking views of Rijeka and Kvarner Bay. The city center is a 15-minute walk away, and bus line no. 8 stops within 100 m of the apartment.
