Treat yourself to a relaxing stay in a peaceful family house with a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, flowers, and herbs. The property is rented exclusively as a whole and is ideal for families or groups of up to 10 guests, offering comfort, privacy, and a quiet location while still being close to the city.

The house spreads over two floors. The ground floor features a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, with access to a private terrace and garden. The first floor includes three bedrooms (one with a balcony), a kitchen, a living room with a balcony, a bathroom (with bathtub and shower), and an additional separate toilet.

Guests can enjoy free parking for up to 4 cars, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and fully equipped kitchens. Pets (dogs) are welcome, and a private entrance ensures complete independence. The spacious garden with a gazebo and dining area is perfect for outdoor living and barbecues.

Located in the quiet area of Martinkovac in Rijeka, the house offers excellent access to nearby attractions such as Trsat Castle, Opatija, Kastav, and Učka Nature Park, all within a short drive. A large shopping center, highway access, and public transport are also nearby, making it a convenient base for exploring the Kvarner region.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES
Public transport is available; however, the nearest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk uphill, which may be less convenient for guests with limited mobility. For greater comfort we recommend using a car.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas (balcony and terrace).
