It includes two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub), a spacious living room with TV and Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and essentials. Additional amenities include air conditioning, underfloor heating, a washing machine, a work desk and an infrared sauna.

Free parking is available on the property. Due to its elevated and peaceful location, the apartment offers spectacular panoramic views both day and night. The center of Opatija, along with shops, restaurants, and beaches, is about 1.5 km away, so a car is recommended.

Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony.
Free reserved parking for up to 2 small cars or 1 large car is available in front of the building.
It is necessary to use the car or taxi to go for groceries or reach other city facilities, the beaches, restaurants and shops.
